From this station, they will provide a cover to a part of the Santo Domingo - Samaná road and to the community of Cruz Verde, located at some 600 meters of the station and which till now did not have service.

This GSM site belongs to the sites chosen by the program Never Again which stimulates the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (Indotel) and Orange to provide a cover of telecommunication network in rural areas without service, indicated Harion.

The project of Orange Dominicana is based on the use of solar energy and seeks to preserve the environment and to control the emissions which damage the ozone layer.

This initiative is a projection towards future significant progresses, indicated Fernández Zucco, during the signature of the cooperation agreement.
