And among them, will come the largest boat, with a capacity of 3,500 passengers, the Explorer of the Seas, of Royal Caribbean.
Projects were concluded in Cayo Levantado where investments were made so that the tourist feels comfortable there.

Visit in Dominican watersBREAKING NEWS : The official start of the whale watching season is this Thursday, 15 January, and as a new way of welcoming back these huge visitors, five buoys have been installed to record the whales’ sounds or « songs » , in order to determine the type and number of species that visit Dominican waters.
According to Hoy newspaper, the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (Semarena) and six organizations signed the traditional memorandum of understanding that establishes the rules for whale watching in a clear and precise manner.
Minister Jaime David Fernandez Mirabal told reporters that he would act with the full weight of the law against any illegal boat that enters the Marine Mammal Sanctuary, located in the northeast of the Dominican Republic.
According to Osvaldo Vasquez of Environmental Consulting and Maritime Techniques, the sanctuary is visited by as many as 14,000 whales each year.
Some whales will be monitored with satellite tracking systems inserted by darts.

The dealer says that maintenance is sufficientBREAKING NEWS: The secretary of Public Work, Víctor Díaz Rúa, solicited to the consortium of the Autopista del Nordeste, the realization of several slopes along the Santo Domingo-Samaná road.
He indicated that the sides had remained very stiff at the time of the construction of the way, this is why it was necessary to re-examine their slope and to stabilize them.
Díaz Rúa underlined the tasks of supervision carried out by this organization on the works of concession and recalled that the maintenance of the ways was included in the concession to avoid their deterioration.
On his side, the president of the Autopista del Nordeste consortium, Armín García, indicated that they are continuously working on the maintenance of the road and clarified that the way did not require that they work on the sides because they had been built in accordance with the planned design.
He said that the consortium worked constantly on the way and that engineering daily tasks were carried out with brigades who cut, clean and maintain the sides.
García also denied that this consortium has outstanding accounts with the manufacturer Pedro Nolasco, who declared that he had not been paid for more than six months and that one owed him more than 40.000 pesos.

The greatest attraction of the areaBREAKING NEWS:The Ministry of Environment set up in Samaná a cleaning day of the beaches called « Provincial cleaning day of beaches and rivers ».
The activity took place thanks to the collaboration of neighbors associations, the Firemen and the foundations of the zone, in addition to other government institutions, like the Minister of Tourism and the Balcones del Atlántico real estate project, which were sponsors of the activity.
The institutions which took part showed their interest to care and maintain their beaches clean, beaches which they define as the greatest attraction of the area.
